Interpreting
Olga's first experience of interpreting was for a major satellite telecoms company in St Petersburg. Since moving to UK in 2001, she has acquired a Certificate in Community Interpreting and worked on many varied projects including:
London College of Fashion: fact-finding visit by education delegation of government of Uzbekistan (2010)- Nike & Independent Films: filming of “Make the difference” advert with Arsenal footballer Andrei Arshavin (2009)
- MTV: interpreted and assisted with sub-titling for HIV/AIDS awareness campaign (2007)
- Business negotiations for a major department store (2007)
- University of the Arts, London and British Council, Russia: interpreting and project support for British Fashion Days event in St Petersburg. (2006)
- Double Bassist magazine: interpreted in interviews with leading musicians of Moscow Conservatoire & Russian National Orchestra (2005)
- Legal interviews for immigration/asylum cases (2002)
